Quick Summary blocks
Quick Summary blocks let you automatically include details and summaries from check-ins, integration activity, goal updates, and absences. Some example prompts:
- Summarize check-ins: Summarize what the [ team name or person ] worked on in the past 14 days. Identify the top 5 high-level themes and write non-technical summaries with one title and paragraph for each.
- Summarize sub-goal updates: List any sub-goal updates that were posted after the last update for this goal. Use the following format for each:
Linked goal update title - On track, 50% complete
1-2 sentence summary of the goal update
- Summarize integration activity:
- Give me a high-level summary of merged pull requests from the [team name] in the last 7 days, suited for non-technical readers and organized into coherent themes based on area of the application that’s affected. Use one paragraph for each theme.
- List all the Jira issues from the last 30 days from the XYZ project, organized by theme.
- Highlight upcoming absences: List all the upcoming absences for the next 30 days on [team name], organized by week.
