Modern work is broken – meetings, distractions, data digging, toil – and we’re here to fix it. We’re building the coordination layer for modern teams. Steady runs in the background, distilling plans and progress from tools, teams, and people into personalized context that keeps everyone aligned automatically. We’re creating a new category – Continuous Coordination – and need someone who can drive leads and growth with our credit-price pricing model.

The Role

You’ll own our marketing strategy and execution: content against our messaging pillars, SEO/AEO to drive organic traffic, partnerships to unlock distribution channels, and campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for sales.

This is an early-stage role. You’ll work with our founding team to prove out the content → pipeline → close motion. You’ll have clear messaging pillars to work from, but you’ll need to figure out what content resonates, which channels work, and how to turn traffic into signups. What You’ll Do

  • Own content strategy and execution against three messaging pillars: daily team alignment, progress visibility, and cross-team coordination
  • Drive organic growth through SEO-optimized content (blog posts, guides, resources)
  • Manage and collaborate with our marketing contractor (Melanie) on a two-cycle sprint
  • Generate qualified inbound pipeline for our Account Executive to close
  • Activate BD partnerships into distribution channels
  • Run experiments, measure what works, double down on winners
  • Build our presence in relevant communities (product management, engineering leadership, remote work)

You’re a Fit If

  • You’ve driven measurable growth at an early-stage B2B SaaS company
  • You can write compelling content that ranks and converts (or manage those who do)
  • You understand technical audiences—software teams, engineering leads, product managers
  • You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats: strategist, writer, analyst, partnership manager
  • You know how to prioritize ruthlessly when resources are limited
  • You can operate autonomously without constant direction
  • You’re productive in a remote, async-first environment
